Our Work: Community: St Peters Memorial Hall

Background

We work with a lot of these lovely, local community organisations, many of which run on a shoestring to provide a really important service to our community.

St Peter's Memorial Hall is based in the High Street, St Peter's and rents their hall out for all kinds of community events; regular group meetings, private functions, fayres, sales and more.

The hall was originally bought in 1924 as a War Surplus item, having been used as an army hut at Richborough, the Old Parish Hut has been on its current site ever since.

In 1977 a new charity was formed, the hall was modernised and renamed St Peters Memorial Hall.
